Printing tips
How to get a clean printable name sheet
Choose US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) for a Letter printer, or A4 (210 × 297 mm) for A4 paper. The preview and PNG use the selected paper’s proportions.
- Select your paper above, then choose Print page.
- In the print dialog, match the paper size and use Portrait. Turn off browser headers and footers.
- Use Fit to printable area if your printer adds margins. Check that the whole border is visible on one page before printing.
To print later, choose Download PNG, open the saved image and use the same paper settings. For crayons and pencils, ordinary copy paper works; for markers, put scrap paper underneath to protect the table.
Short names can use large bubble letters. For long names, the generator automatically reduces the lettering size so every character stays inside the printable margin. If a 20-character phrase feels crowded, split it into two shorter sheets.

Do you store the name I type?
No. The lettering is drawn locally in your browser. The name is not uploaded to Coloringify or sent to an AI service.
Can I use these in a classroom?
Yes. Teachers, librarians, parents and community groups may print the generated sheets for their own activities. Do not resell the blank generated files as a standalone product.
Can I make bubble-letter names?
Yes. Bubble is the default style. Round, script and block outline styles are included too.
